New Year, New You!

5 tips for successful New Year's resolutions. 1.) Think actions, not results. Focus on a measurable process, not a vague endpoint. 2.) Start small, add on later. Get momentum with small successes. 3.) Challenge yourself, but be realistic. Unattainable goals are self-defeating. 4.) Consider your "why"? Real motivation comes from meaningful goals. 5.) Be patient. Forgive yourself you setbacks and recommit to the plan.
