Tips to Avoid the Back-To-School Germs
It is back-to-school time and along with it comes more opportunity to spread germs. Here are a few reminders to help you and your children stay healthy and avoid getting sick this coming school year:
1. Get plenty of sleep.
2. Was your hands with soap and water several times each day.
3. Be sure to stay up-to-date with your immunizations.
4. Eat a healthy and balanced diet.
5. Keep your hands away from your nose, mouth and eyes.
