New Fort Dodge location

Our Fort Dodge office has taken off and we needed more space.  In August, we re-located to a beautiful two-story building at 1325 1st Avenue South in Fort Dodge.  Operations and cares will continue with no change in services or geographic service area.  Staff and clients can continue to contact the office at 515-576-2273.
 
Our Fort Dodge staff provides loving home health care to clients in nine Northern Iowa counties.  Hats off to the Fort Dodge staff for helping with a smooth transition to our new home!
